You must be at least 25 years or older to make a reservation and be present in the vacation home during the reservation. We do not allow pets, smoking outside only, no over crowding or misrepresentation. No parties without a prior agreement with us. We will evict immediately without refund of rents if our policies are not honored.
Deposit Policy:
$350 damage/security/reservation deposit is held and returned to you within 14 days of your departure minus any damages or charges to the vacation home. Deposit is not a portion of the rent.
Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing. If you cancel outside of 60 days prior to your arrival we will refund all excpet a $150 cancellation fee. We will allow 50% of this towards a future rental with us. If you cancel under 60 days prior to your arrival we will need to re-rent the vacation home to refund the rent paid and you will then only be charged the $150 cancellation fee.
