This home is a 3 bedroom 1 bath located just a short distance to Lake Pend Orielle. Views of the Monarch Mountains greet you as you step outside to walk to the lake. There is a private marina with launce and shared boat dock (for up to a 16" boat) for your lake access! The views are amazing. The yard area is fully fenced great area for BBQ. Views are wonderful from the living area. The house offers an updated kitchen but knotty pine surrounding and panels give you that cozy back wood feel! There is a washer and dryer also located on the property. The living room offers a sleeper sofa. There are 3 bedrooms. 2 with Double/full size bed and the other with a queen size bed. This home is set to sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. All linens and towels provided. This home is available year round with a 4 night minimum!
